Raw steel ingot storage (chemical composition test) → Cutting → Heating (furnace temperature test) → Heat treatment after forging (furnace temperature test) → Discharge from furnace (blank inspection) → Machining → Inspection (UT, MT, visual dimension, hardness) → Quenching & Tempering (QT) → Inspection (UT, mechanical properties, hardness, grain size) → Final dimension inspection → Packaging and marking (steel stamp, labeling) → Warehousing and delivery.
